Okay, I downloaded a GTA IV Disc NTSC which was the only download available. And I tried to play it obvs I cant because its not compatible...

COuld I convert the iso backup to Pal? Or region free?

You can't convert the game. You have to play it for the region it is assigned to. Sorry.

Ah okay... No worrys... Just need to find a Pal GTA Version...
