As the title states, Challenge/Unlock lobbies do Not exist at the moment but are apparently in the works.
Those claiming to have them are probably either Fake or hosting Experience Lobbies with misleading thread titles.
Proof videos are showing xp, not challenges.
Experience and GTNW Lobbies Do exist and are readily available for Free.

There might be no challenge lobby's but there is definetley 10th and 9th lobby's

i do host xp lobbies for free...i will be hosting again tomorrow. My gt is jdynasty2580 so look me up if you want in. all you have to do is join session.
