im going to get a capture card but i dont want to spend too much on a capture card so i was just wondering 'Whats the cheapest capture card with the best quality'?

Id go with eitehr Blackmagic or Hd PVR. Blackmagic is sligtly better quality but harder to use. Both are around $200 I believe

The best quality is the HD-PVR.

The cheapest is probably EasyCap.

You don't get quality with cheap sorry.

probably the cheapest with good quality is the roxio but just save up for a HD PVR.
