I use iCap. Works nice and it's easy to use by pressing alt+z.

It was developed by SPEED, the developer of SpeedCap.

It is much more professional than speedcap, and has many more features than Gyazo and Dimegrab.

hit the PrintScrn button on your keyboard then go in to your paint program in your accsesories and hit control x i think
