i agree and disagree i dont see the point in them having such an expensive phone when any child at that age should only need one if they walk home after school or emergencys but at the same time its the parents money and if they feel that there child should have/deserve the iphone then so be it

Honestly, I think it's ridiculous to give any one under the age of 15 an iphone. They are not responsible enough, and even so, now they'll be spoiled entirely.

Discussion wrote Parents want to know if their child is safe.

Who cares about what type of phone it is?

Children should have phones to stay in contact with their parents.

Plus the iPhone is very popular.

In 2004 I remember I had a razor phone, that was the best phone out at that time.

This time, it's the iPhone.
Giving children a high tech phone will increase the risk of them being robbed, putting them in more danger than possably not having a phone at all.

I agree with this so much, it's just stupid, they don't need it.

It's the same for people over 60.

I don't think it really matters though. It shouldn't bug you what type of phone someone of a certain age group has. My 6 year old cousin has a iPad 2 and treats it very well and knows how to pick games he likes and download them.

Sorry, I don't agree with this rant.
