I got de ranked on mw3 so I called activision and they said they are banning any one who de ranked anybody not only from mw3 but perma banning from Xbox. And also they said they would get my rank back with in a week so just to throw that out there if u got de ranked or have been de ranking anybody
Reply and try to get this popular

And how de rankers should be dealt with besides being banned
Also if u have any mods in your vault or recent matches your getting perma banned

Ok, I don't think they would permanently ban someone from xbox live for de-ranking. Call Of Duty and Xbox Live are both seperate things, and I don't think activision can go around swinging XBL ban hammers on people, for some thing they did on COD.

PS: Asking for a sticky will do the exact opposite

yes they will perma ban because it violates the xbox user agreement and its nice that activison is giving you your levels back its alot of hard work that could have been lost

This could be true, however when everyone hacked Black Ops, with GPDs from zombies to xp mods, they didn't get a perma ban? All of this violates Xbox user agreement does it not? We'll see what happens.

why not it happens all the time. They have the right to suspend your xbox live subscription if you violate the terms and agreements thing you ok when you set up your xbox live account.

Well I can 95% garentee because I talked to the people at activision if u don't believe me call them yourself
