If your having problems, turn down the graphics in-game low as possible, also close any open programs, if this doesn't change anything. Then maybe add extra support to your system such as: More Ram, or an upgraded Graphics/Video card!

You idiot thats reserved memory for the game, look at your task manager, it uses about 1-2 GB's depending on what mods you have.
