Title says it all, and my reason for asking this is cause I'm thinking about buying whichever.

They do exactly the same it's just the way they are modded.
RGH can be done on the newer Xbox's which mean they don't break as much
The only difference is that RGH can run a Dev kit kernel.
I would recommend a Slim RGH or a phat JTAG just as JTAGs do the same and boot instanly

My falcon RGH has never taken longer that 10 seconds to boot and is perfect for hosting lobbies!! and it was cheaper!!

My xenon jtag has never taken longer than 10 seconds to boot either, my xenon was 100 from jtag-galore never rrod only gets hot after about 4 hours
