Your the one that's stupid, the tactical is not supposed to be there, its supposed to be in the last spot you stood, and no one was standing there. Its good because you can hide it there without anyone knowing its there.

What's IG? Well its hides your tactical, so its not pointless, you could probably do spawn kills with this.
