I use powerbot.org. It has some pretty helpful bots, and there are many to chose from.

def powerbot.org, has 30+ scripts and you can install new ones if you want

I used to bot.
Go to powerbot.org (they changed the name apparently)
Download it - Very small .jar file.
Over 30 scripts in a bunch of different skill categories. Does random events for you. Takes breaks if you want! Takes screenies when you level up for proggies and such.
