Ok so it looks like the scamming community are finding new ways of scamming clueless people, the newest way ive noticed is people are getting footage of custom servers on PC COD4/MW2 and ripping it, they are then passing this off as a patch and claiming money for it, as some of you may know PC COD has a modding system specified for modded servers i.e. Zombies, Glitching (Bouncing, Strafing etc.), Snipers Only, Pro Mod and so on... these custom game modes are different to the normal Xbox 360 modes we know and this is being used to fool unsuspecting victims, i saw a video earlier of a custom map (Map and Modes or mod'able on PC) and it was like a Simpsons style, this kid has recorded/ripped this video and called it a patch and tried to sell it off.

I do realise a lot of patches are tested on PC then transfered to Xbox (Im not a modder so i dont know the process) and that there are constantly new mods coming out for Xbox, but Xbox (as far as i know) have a long way to go before they have half as many mods as PC so before you fall for this trick, make sure there are other videos of this mod in action on Xbox, look for things like the A, B, X, Y buttons on the footage etc. and just be generally aware of these scams.
