I ran AVG right when this happened and before it I have no virus.

I also know this is legit because people all over youtube have made a video on it working but none of them have had this problem.

you know how many times i saw generators like this on youtube and it looked legit but was not.

Im trying to say that I know people (friends) who have this program and it works but this error keeps popping up.

It's a .dll file that I think I need to register but it won't register.

I would remove it as soon as possible i doubt that generator works many people would know about it.

Just remove it from your PC, You want Microsoft Points or Xbox Live? Do what we all do and pay for them. No generators work, they're just virus' or scams to get people fill in surveys.
