1. ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner - $19.99
2. Antec DF-35 Black Steel Computer Case - $99.99
3. Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ/ST500DM005 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - $84.99
4. Galaxy 58NLH5DI5TXX MDT X4 GeForce GTX 580 (Fermi) 1536MB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP - $409.99
5. CORSAIR Professional Series HX850 (CMPSU-850HX) 850W ATX12V 2.3 / EPS12V 2.91 80 PLUS SILVER Certified Modular - $174.99
6. CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B - $49.99
7. ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS - $194.99
8. Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor - $219.99
9. Rosewill RFA-120-BL 120mm 4 Blue LEDs LED Case Fan - $4.99
10. COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler - $34.99

This would be a great build to start with, gives you great ability on processing, plenty of RAM and upgradeable when you have the extra cash. Power Supply gives great support for further upgrades down the road and is reliable for your hardware. The i5-2500k is overclock-able, and for gaming if that's what this pc is gonna be used for the i7 wont be needed as hyper-threading isn't supported with games. I personally have owned this case and it did me a great deal when providing cable management, for this build I was going for money savings, there are better cases as I've upgraded but this one listed will do you a great deal.
Over all this build costs $1297 before shipping. So unless you need an OS too, I could suggest downgrading the Graphics Card to a Radeon HD 6870 or if nVidia is your card choice a GTX 570 would save a little I believe. Both good performance. Hope this helps! And all this is just my opinion, I've had experience building two computers in the past year. Message me and I can give you more details.

I would recommend the HAF-912 case by cooler master. Its the case I used for my build and it really impressive. There is room on either side of the case for lots of cable management room, and lots of locations for fans. Pick up a couple rosewill 120mm fans with it.

You can either Burn the ISO or if you have an USB (4.5GB+) you can use [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and you will need to set to boot from USB drive on the BIOS.

Here's a tutorial on how to use WinToFlash:

Tip: When you finish the first steps using the USB method, Windows installation process will require to Reboot the system, when that happens, you MUST take out the USB drive and there will be no need to put it back again.

Good luck with your build!
