Personally I believe there is some higher power, while it defiantly isn't a god, there is something or someone who is not to say in charge, but made/created us. There is just no way evolution could have done what it did for humans in such a period of time..

doodoopickle2468 wrote Do you remember what it was like before birth? You had that black screen and you had NO feelings at all, it will be like that after death for along time before you are reincarnated through space/time on to another life somewhere in our universe or maybe even other universes out there. Religion is just a fairy tale to keep everyone clean (spiritually), unfortunately it does NOT, it actually makes people ego and only causes wars. I respect all's personal beliefs, but the thing is, a lot of religious people wouldn't respect this opinion that I just posted. I don't believe in ANY religion, but I know that our planet is one of trillions, I know our galaxy is one of trillions, but what if our observable universe is one of trillions? Astronomy is my religion, space and time are simply a hint at what's next, combine Hinduism with Scientology and you'll get my own custom little religion.
dude i 100% agree with that, i believe that god is just a projection, he is there because we want to believe he is there

Don't call them stupid for believing in something you may be an atheist but you can't put down other peoples beliefs like you do in this post. Oh by the way don't call them stupid when you can't even spell the word.

Who are you to say that? I don't believe in afterlife or god either but that doesn't mean I am right. NO-ONE knows the truth, we are all better off being good people and making the most of our time here. People like you have to start arguments over what really won't affect us that much. Ever hear the saying 'Live and let live' ?

I can admit I was too lazy to read it. But I get what you are saying. I agree. I'm sorry if this offends others, but it's just what I think.
I believe in logic. Cells make us up. We are just a pile of tiny living things. When we die, we die like other plants and animals. We just stop living and decompose. There is no soul, that's just your way of living that your brain has adapted to. I also believe in evolution, not God's creation story. Religion was created to give us moral values and almost a set of rules to keep us humane. I think it is taken way too literally by everybody. Just like any other book, it has a story and a theme. And why would there be like hundreds of religions? They can't all be real. Paganism, Judaism, Scientology, etc. That's my argument.

So lets just find out when we die I don't have a problem with atheists but when you call people psychos for what they believe you are truly ignorant explain paranormal things?Explain ghosts, demons, exorcisms. Most importantly show us facts that prove god is not in the sky I always like this quote made in the 50's "Just cause you can't see it,it doesn't mean its not there".You should honestly think outside the box instead of taking in on one theory and don't call people idiots for what they believe in I have 2 atheists as friends at school I respect everyone just cause someone believes in something else than you do it doesn't give you the right to call them idiots because in fact it makes you look like an idiot when your trying to prove a point.

Scientology is not a religion they say it is but if you look into it they brainwash and do other things to people but have you ever thought that many religions worship the same god but differently?Christians and Catholics they are almost alike except the ways they worship god and there rituals.
