If you already played a game, your screwed, call Activision.
If you haven't go to dashboard and clear system cache in memory on setting.

dont play any online multiplayer game on mw3!!!! if you do your rank will be locked. activision made a player stats back up so if u havnt played anything yet you should get them back in a couple of days or so just dont play online play a diff game until then. hope i helped.
