It appears that the RS2006 was just an attempt to scam a few people. Soon after it becoming well known they add this.

I know that it could be legit and the guy can have cancer but its most likely just somebody looking to try to scam a few people. The layout for the old Runescape website can be found anywhere online so it wouldn't be difficult for someone just to make it.

If you were looking forward to this sorry to tell you but doesn't look like it's coming out.

Well if it's not on the official Rs2006 website, than it's not real.
