Title says it all.
I can download the app, but when I click/double click on it it it wont open.
Somebody please help!

You need the cygnos plugged into the computer WITH the drivers installed and the console plugged in but not on.

It wont open if it doesn't detect a cygnos

I really want to update my dual nand RGH console so the RGH will actually boot.

So I plug in the cygnos.
Install the cygnos drivers.
And then open the toolbox?
