I play minecraft on a laptop, it is a sony vaio 64 bit system with 4Gb RAM and 300Gb Hardrive, what no matter how low my Video settings are i still seem to lagg, can anyone please tell me how to make it less laggy e.g changing setting, downloading programs

Turn down your view distance( IDK if thats what it`s called exactly)
