What are some of the ways to get rep and some easy stuff, because I'm new here? I don't want to leeche but can some of you guys help my out?

Helping out other members could get you some rep. Every 25 posts you make earns you one rep power too.

25 posts = 1 rep power
100 reputation points = 1 rep power (you earn these from helping members usually)

Every 25 posts earns you 1 Rep Power.
It takes 100 Rep POINTS from other members giving to you rep in order to earn 1 Rep Power
Rep Power and Rep Points are different.

Its Confusing but you get the hang of it after time.
Be helpful and do a lot for the community and your Rep should go up easily.
You can Give rep to 10 users every 24 hours.
To Give rep(Once you earn some), Go to the bottom right of the post of the user you want to Rep.
Then click '+Rep'
Select the amount you are willing to give, and leave a comment(which isn't required)
[Remember: You don't lose Rep by giving some, so have fun! ]
You can also view your rep stats by clicking your profile:
Then scrolling down and clicking the 'Reputation' Tab.
