It's not patched. There is a video called:

+55S Prestige
Teamdeath Match
Seatown 00:09 Seconds

You need to find someone with this video> Watch it> Back out> Go to private match> DON'T CHANGE ANY SETTING, just start the game> Spawn and wait until the countdown is over> End the game> And back out of private match. You need to be rank +55 to be this though.
