It means infinite Retail to Retail.
Retail to Retail is when one person infects the other with the mod menu.
Infinite retail to retail is when one person infects another then that persin can infect others also. Then the people infected the third time can keep infecting. The infecting never ends. Everyone can infect no matter what.

Thats what Infinite Retail to Retail is aka "infinite R2R"
