Yes on Low-Medium settings. Just because it has 3GB VRAM doesn't mean you can play on ULTRA though...

I've built my OWN computer so believe me this is good. Reply back to me as I am very knowledgeable of computers. 1st, will this be a custom build, will YOU be making it? And 2nd, What is you budget? I am thinking (actually I KNOW! You will want a i5 2550k or 2500k which is -100$ for same price, just you lose hyper-threading which is completely irrelevant for gaming. Let me know seriously if you every have ANY questions. I am no dought knowledgeable of this subject. Also the graphics card is very, unpopular. I would go with the "GTX 560 Ti" which is a 230$ overclock-able card. The k after the 2550k and 2550k and even 2600k basically means the proc. is 'unlocked' thus letting you overclock/over-ride the chips default ratio, in english, it lets you have 10-40% more performance.

You sir at your current set up have a BOTTLENECK. The CPU is going 70mph down a free-way. The GPU (graphics card) is going i.e. 40mph. The CPU can only go @ 40mph because the GPU is lacking in, performance. Also 3GB of VRAM means NOTHING! Well it does, but not performance wise. You MUST not cheap out on the graphics card if you intend on gaming.
