Ok so I called Activision about my rank being reset. I lied and made up a story about someone hacking my account and when I got back on I got reset. They escalated my situation and I was contacted from Activision earlier today about getting my rank back.

Ok so this is what you need to do:

Step 1: Get you phone and call activision (310)-255-2050
Step 2: after the annoying voice press 1, press 1 again, then press 3 I think. Then wait for an agent to speak to you.
Step 3: If you have never contacted Activision, they will ask you for some information like you name, e-mail, gamertag.
Step 4: This is where you have to convince the agent that you got hacked and reset. Try to make up a story about that. And don't hesitate, if your about to hesitate, cough really loud. DON'T TELL THE AGENT THE HACKER ON YOUR ACCOUNT WAS BOOSTING. They will find out by looking at you Elite page.
Step 5: The agent will either put you on hold and/or tell you that I'm escalating your call to higher authority. The agent will also send you an e-mail about you calling them.
Step 6: Wait a while usually a couple days.
Step 7: If successful and they will reset your stats back to where they first were. It will take between 1-2 weeks for your stats to be fully recovered.

I've done this on 6 out of 8 accounts and I can confirm this works about 75% of the time.

Please don't hate. I'm just trying to help people who have been reset out. After all this game is a fail, and were taking advantage of them.
