ok i RGH my Jasper 16mb console. When I write ecc and try to boot it with the eject Botton it just won't boot. My soldering is good.

I will upload a video tomorrow but for the mean time please try to help. I counted how many times the green led flashed in 2min and it was 14 time I don't know if this helps.

The only thing I can think of is that your soldering is bad. Are you positive it's good?

ok make sure your soldering is good. also one time this happened to me so taped every wire on the bottom of the board to the board with electrical tape. like all of the wires on the bottom the whole wires i taped with electrical tape and it fixed the no boot issue

Ok I will try this I will be posting a video of the board today so you guys see whats up.

Check the Blue Wire.
Does the Coolrunner light up and have a green pulse?

Flip the little switch on the coolrunner to slim and see if it boots. I had the same problem with my slim, but when I switched the switch to phat it booted.
