How does this aggregate work for the Barca Milan game? Can this game go to extra time and it's 2-1 on aggregate with milan having 1 away goal does this mean they are drawing\?

basicly if they draw 1-1 or 2-2 or whatever ac milan go through so barca have to win to go through because an away goal counts as 2 goals if the game ends as a draw on agragate ..... sorry about spelling
