I know that im new to this forum, but this isnt something just to get my posts up. This is actually happening. I am the leader.

In the summer of 2012 we plan on breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest video game marathon playing a First Person Shooter. If you like playing these types of games please read on. The current record is: 51 Hours and 21 Minutes On a week in June of 2012 we are planning to get together to play a game. As soon as we build a team of players we will vote on a game to play. It has to be a game that most people have. This event will be held on console. If we get enough requests we will open 2 more teams, one on XBOX and another on PC. We havent decided on the exact dates, but we will in the coming weeks. I am on PS3 and on this side we will be making new accounts just for this project. We need people who can record the event or stream it online. I have an HD-PVR to stream my side. If we get more people to stream i can setup a website for everyone to watch. Even if you only have a webcam, it really helps. If you have a partnered youtube account we would really like it to be advertised. We need all the support we can get. The current only FPS games that i own are: Call of Duty:4, WaW, MW2, Black Ops, MW3, BattleField 3, Borderlands, and counter strike. With the release of CounterStrike:GO we might base this project off that game. If you have any question please comment. We have 3 people on the team and we hope to get more.
