It says somthing like couldnt make server, cause servers are down or somthing.

Ive seen a diffrent post saying they run out of server's and to try another day, but ive seen other posts and this isnt the case.
people said they just restarted xbox, tested connection and after that they could make their's. but i cant. not sure why. is this happening to anyone else?

A lot of servers are being rented, They're probably maxed out right now, Just wait abit.
