Well mine was when I snapped my collar bone on my bike. I was 13 and was just last June. The hospital I was at shut it's children ward and wasn't open 24/7 so I had to either go to a hospital about 19 mile away or go home which was about 1 1/2 mile away. They told me to come back tomorrow at 8AM to see if I could get an operation or not. I went home and lay in agony for hours trying to drift off to sleep, that didn't work and I had no sleep that night and was watching a lot of horror films as someone left the horror channel on!!!. I couldn't move to change it so I sat and watched cabin fever 2 and taking painkillers regularly. The next day I went to the hospital and I was getting the operation. After the operation I slept on my sofa for about 2 weeks as I couldn't move to get up the stairs. The bone was sticking out and the doctor said if it pokes through the skin come back through the night. I got a medical hook plate fitted which got took out on October. The worst part was feeling the snapped parts grinding against each-other as I moved.

And I didn't shed a tear.

One time I got 32 stitches for my forehead that slit open from falling on the sharp corner of my coffee table.

I bit my tongue so hard as a kid it almost came off to the point where it was dangling. That hurt so bad.
