Reputation points are different to reputation power.

You need 100 reputation points for 1 reputation power.

Alternatively, you need 25 posts for 1 reputation power.

Go onto your profile and select the reputation tab, that should explain it to you.

say u get 50points from someone, 50rep doesnt add, if you get another 50 which adds up to 100, 1rep star will be added

You need to be Given 100 Rep to earn 1 Rep Point

When Someone Sends Reputation Points, it has to reach 100 for 1 Reputation Power but every 25 Posts you get 1 reputation point, So for example, 100 Posts = 4 Reputation Points
