Need a Good PURE strength Guide.. or a SOUL WARS ClanChat... can anyone give me a good guide or a good soul wars clan.. im 67 cb.. 60Attack 70Strength..
any guide will help.. i want like 85 str and 75 attack.. focusing on STR atm

use Tip-it, or youtube; youtube have some good str guides back from 2003 but there still good

I would try these,

- Rock crabs
- Bandits
- Fire giants
- Slayer tasks.

The reason i suggest Slayer Tasks is because it will allow you to gain Charms, levels and you will not get bored doing them. However if you are going to train attack and strength i would suggest using strength potions. It speeds it up by almost 20%.

i am hosting a soul wars tie lobby so if we can get people ull level quite quickly each lobby = 2 zeals every time
