i just bought kinect and i have a problem

when i come to microphone calibration (step 3)
it wont play all the sounds, the longest is almost whole sound 2
but i get this message all the time

Can't calibrate the sensor's microphone.

make sure the sensor is plugged in.

what can i do?

Do you have something blocking the Microphones sensor? that always seems to happen

Is there noise in the background? IS there enough room for the kinect?
Im pretty sure theres a troubleshoot guide on the xbox website.

no noise at all and i got enough space to play,
tried to replug it and delete it and do the setup again

but the microphone calibration still wont finish
