Go to a local Microsenter. They will hook you up. Just pay the extra $80 so they put it together and install the OS for ya. They will get u a lot of good crap

yea the gateway fx series seem like a good deal. id go with intel cpu i5 or i7 . ati video card. thats just my pick good luck

That will do you for ~2 years and will max out any game from 2010 and below (maybe crysis 2 on high). Also since you will have 3k left I just recommend saving it so you can use that money to do a minor gpu or cpu upgrade when you need it.
