Call Infinity Ward and tell them you were Reset, they should get your stats back. As that happen'd for my friends and they did the same thing.

if u contact infinity ward or go 2 callofduty.com and file a report on it you should be able to same thing happened to my mate and they told him they should be able to give him his rank back
