Ok, so recently my Xbox has been able to connect to live on the dashboard, but when I start up any game it disconnects and says "you have lost your connection" and idk why. So I can't play online or talk to anyone when I start up a game. I have tried unplugging my connection and router, signing out and back in, and signing in with other profiles (which worked!) so I need help! Thank you!

Oh and it connects again when I go back to the dashboard and the connection test

1.You need to update the game
2.this happens to me all the time just wait untill it starts up the game completly then try and sign in.

If it only happens on that account go to xbox support.
They will prob tell you how to fox it

this hapened to me a week ago ..i fixed it.. all i did was delete my account and then recovered it and it works now fine...try it out
