so my computers just got bsod and i rang the insurance company up been waiting 10 minuets comes back and says he dosent know what the problem is so ime paying insurance and you cant tell me what ***** is up with it :!: :!:

You have to explain to him, every BSOD is different for people, they are not all the same, just send it in but back up what you can

i rang him up whilst i had the blue screen up and he still didnt know

Generally the BSOD is a sign of a hardware failure. You should take it into a shop.
