Yeah, they're still both useable. Can even use te dummy account for backup incase you randomly get reset like a lot of people have after downloading the FoN map packs.

hey i have a question. if i glitch up an account that is not re'd up with one that is, will the account that is getting glitched up get the achievement or no?

Sadly, it does not transfer the Achievements. So the only way to get that is by if you're able to Re-up again. If not being able to re-up again because it was glitched to a Blue Re-up, then you have no chance of getting that achievement.
