that might have been the most pointless critisism, why is it bad? what can make it better, and its my 2nd smudge u act like you have seen my work before haha

Never been into that anime stuff but it's different. Haven't seen anything that splits up to places. Not feeling the text or the brightness. The lines in the middle are unnecessary but they can be useful for a different style. I would also try to add cinematic bars.

Seems like you have way too many adjustment layers on it. Your colors are getting washed out, I'm sure they looked just fine before adjustments, or with minimal adjustments.
Regardless, there's no depth in your smudging. Try and like... I don't know. I never really got the hang of adding depth to smudging, so I never did smudge anything.
Try and download some PSDs I suppose. Pochy is a beast when it comes to smudging, and he hands his PSDs out on devaintart.
