Light armor preferably Studded in the beginning with random boots or shoes. Once able Elven or Glass, but if you take time with Heavy Armor there is a perk to make it weigh practically nothing making it act as light armor. So if you do that use a good heavy armor.
For weapons I recommend a dagger or two and loot every arrow you see no matter the quality and stack potions, especially healing. Healing spells are a must if to be a full fledged archer.

For starters you will have a hunting bow, but take Elven, Dwarven, Ebony, and Daedric. Ebony is what I prefer but Daedric is somewhat better.

Yes daedric is the best bow, even without enchantments.

If you get the Fast Draw perk later on I would advise getting a 'neutral' damage bow like Elven or Glass and Enchanting the hell out of it to get the damage up, this means you will make up for damage lost without using Daedric or Ebony bow but you will have the advantage of drawing the bow faster.

Use light armor as stated above.

-Fill your Archery tree.
-Get heavy armor up and it weighs nothing.
-Get good enchantments and make a Daedric bow.
-Do the arrow glitch and get a bunch of arrows.
