Instead of buying a Roxio or a Pvr i recommend an Aver Media Capture HD, they're cheaper than a Pvr and record in 720p 1080i, HD Quality exactly like a pvr for less, and alse you dont have to hook it up to your computer to record, you just push record on the remote and it records
Very handy will worth the money and amazing quality!
Hope this Helps

My part time job is a YouTuber, so I can tell you first hand, anything below HD is almost obsolete on YouTube now. If you want to make a somewhat of a job or career out of YouTube I would honestly save up for a PVR. It is entirely worth it

dont forget about the avermedia game capture hd! you can get it with one day shipping for $144 on amazon! and its the only stand alone system to my knowledge, meaning you dont have to have it hooked to a computer! but, you need a hard drive, internal or external. I went with a 1 tb external.

ItsJesus wrote I want to get a capture card soon, and I don't have enough for a HD PVR yet, so I wanted to know if a Roxio is worth the money it costs, because I could get that before I get the PVR.

No Its Not Really Worth, Its A Little Better Then Dazzle, But If I Were you, Just Wait A Bit, And Save Up The extra bit to buy a hd pvr.
