Does anyone know why they won't play for me?

It says I need flash but when I click the link that directs me to the Adobe site they say I already have the most up to date flash version on my browser. Any suggestions?

download a different web broswer Google Chrome Internet Explorer Safari and try then

I've tried opera, Chrome and safari and non of then work.
