I cant seem to get my harriers and once i do get it gets shot down and i cant get my chopper! Any tips on staying calm to get my harriers?

After getting harriers just stay in YOUR TEAMS spawn.
Just chill in a corner, then when your harrier goes away just poke your head in and out for the chopper.
