if i buy the special pack,will i lose all my gold players?

because it says upgrade to a silver team?

You wont lose your team, it will just add them to your squad. And bid tokens are the amount of web app bids you can make, you can buy more if you run out !,

you won't loose your team. and bid tokens allow you to purchase stuff on web app
