I'm really starting to get annoyed with people that think they know what they're talking about cause they believe what they're told. Like this for example, everyone is under the assumption that RGLoader cannot connect to PNET just because that's what they were told. Maybe if people thought for themselves instead of just believing what they read a lot of people would educate themselves...

No you can't. To use Pnet or any other networks you will need a Dev Kit.
