my bio is permanently banned and i was wondering if there was any way to unban it?

You edit your bio on xbox.com not xbox live

I think you should go to the help section on xbox.com, I've been in the same situation before and I contacted their staff in the 'Help Section' and they really did help me within 24 hours they unbanned my account and reset my bio.
