So from my understanding and research in the past, there are two things about this experience I had tonight that left me pretty baffled:
- He clearly could host lobbies on Black Ops. From my knowledge, no one has been able to host 15th prestige lobbies on Black Ops for a while now. because when I was invited to this lobby he had challenged me to a match of Free-For-All and told me if I could beat him, he'd host a lobby for free. Once I heard that, I knew someone thing was up. Clearly because all classes to choose from had long strange titles and they were all gold, something you only get at prestige 14. Also, he clearly had 'aim bots' because he was able to shoot me immediately no matter what, even through walls. My friend spectating the game told me afterwards that at one point, this kid got a headshot through the entire house on the map. NOTE: sorry to anyone reading this first part listed above that might be uneducated in the world of playing Call Of Duty online.
- Secondly, when I asked him how he hosts lobbies, he told me he had a JTAG'ed Xbox. I believed it because every time he'd start a game, I'd hear him go into his Xbox menu (his tv was loud). I then asked why he doesn't host for free, and he said "why would I host for free when people could pay me microsoft points to do it? I charge 1600 microsoft points, which I can see right now you clearly don't have.". That's what made me very sketched out, so I left and felt it was only necessary to report him.
All in all, I just want to have someone clarify me and inform me of everything in the situation explained above. Because from what I know, JTAG'ed Xbox consoles always got banned the minute they signed onto Xbox Live, but he was clearly signed in. Also, how did he know the funds in my account? Or do you supposed he was just implying I was broke? He also had a 26.54 Kill/Death ratio, but I'm assuming that could have been done by finding someone to let him boost just like a lot of people do.
Any help would be appreciated, I'm just confused about the entire situation.

Did the guy have the word/name Carter in the gamertag? It could have been in 1337 language also, but it might have been teh1337. He can host Black Ops now so he's on there a lot.

Yes, he probably had some bypass if he really was modding online with his jtag. You use to be able to play online for an extended period of time without being banned then just unban yourself. But now they have been blocked so the second you go online they get banned, but if he found a way around he has free roam to do whatever modding wise.

It just left me so confused, because this kid was literally a 'kid'. I mean yeah, there's been people that have had extraordinary tech skills at a young age, GeoHot for example. But this kid sounded no older than 12-13. I had asked him how he managed to get online with his JTAG, and he told me "Treyarch doesn't work on the weekends. That's why you'll never see this Gamertag online on weekdays." which sounded dumb to me, because from my understanding, JTAG banning is done through Microsoft and not individual game companies.
All in all, what I'm implying is he sounded like a spoiled little preteen who told his parents that he wanted a JTAG console for his birthday so mommy and daddy went online and found him one, completely oblivious to what he was actually talking about. That's why I wanted to come to you guys and get some facts set straight. Any more suggestions would be great you guys!
