hello ttg, for some reason whenever i go on mw2 and go to the multiplayer menu, it sends me to the dashboard saying disc unreadable. however, i just bought a brand new disk because of this problem and it still wont work. Can anyone help me or explain to me why this happens or if im banned or not?

Try copying it to the hdd and then try again.

Have you tried other discs? It may be a problem with the disc tray. If other games work then it could be like parental controls

try installing the game to your hardrive
