I have fixed this site and made some improvements to it, by adding a CSS stylesheet to it.
I have uploaded it for download on my site, The link is here:

Need any more help PM me.
The problem was the paths to the images were not correct, as the paths had capital letters, and in the code you didn't put the capitals.

You made the paths to the pictures with a capital 'I' in the Images folder, but did not put capital 'I's in the <img src="images/banner.png" /> etc.
