If you do mod this game there is a high risk of being banned, there is a tutorial about how to do it without getting banned and another editor that does the same as horizon found here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

When I used the method in the above link after beating the game, I noticed that my game didn't want to properly save, I may have done something wrong or it may just be what happens. Either way i suggest as always making a back up that way if something does go wrong you still have your legit save, but it still works for buying all the cars you need for the Ferreri Collector and Exclusive Taste achievements and they will still be there on the legit save for badges and titles.
