Hey i am 15 soon to be 16 and i work out ever day and eat good like no junk food and just would like to know if any one els on here works out and what do you do when you work out?

I bench like 170 to 250 ponds and stuff like that i have been doing it for 2 years:)

I don't do any exercise, I think moving excessively is over rated, and I prefer to play PC games that play any form of sport at all.

The only thing I do that requires too much movement is walking to wherever I have to go, like school, or to town etc.

when ur watching tv and commercials come on do push up till ur show or what ever ur watching turns back on it helps alot.

i used to work out but my weightlifting coach guy coaches baseball so i cant anymore

That is not working out i mean like you are pushing your self to the max and the other one who posted you are sad go to a gym and work out.

I work out every night around 9-10.
Go for a run, then come back and start working out. Your adrenaline is pumping and you will lift more and be able to work out more. I dont bench much though. Just mostly Ab Workouts and dumbbells

Don't do weights or anything.

I run.

Few miles in the morning then a few whilst playing football everyday.

i work out but i do around 700-800 push ups a day. that's it.
i do set's of 75.
