first off my brothers a fitness instructor an i am sort of a body bulider

but i do kickboxing and wrestling

your 15-16 you should eat junk food lol

and dont lie on the internet that you benched 250 cuase i bet 1 million dollars you never have

the pro guys at my gym ( cross fit )

do about 300 - 250

so your fifteen

and i am certin your form is crap if you are doing 250

the best i seen a 15 year old do proper form is about 160

I do. I Benchpress, Shoulderpress, Crunches, Pushups, Legpress, and of course I do a lot of Cardio everyday (I BMX)

I do bench 250 and people are not all the same and why would i lie on how much i bench like i do 250 and i have been doing it for a long time and cross fit is a joke and junk food is bad for you kid i have a six pack and look great i am like a bod builder a legit one so do not hate or say stuff on my post that i am saying a lie coz i do not lie.

first dont lie to your self right now lol i dont care you dont bench 250 a six pack dont mean anything and crossfit isnt a joke they do more endurance then you probaly

I go the my High Schools gym every Monday, Wensday, and Friday to work out for football. And I usually work on my Cardio and my Upper body strength.
